Prices listed on our website, catalogues, brochures and in-store are in NZD. Check with each store if the price is including or excluding taxes and shipping fees (where applicable). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at our discretion. If an incorrect price is displayed for any product, we will notify you before processing your order.
4. Order Processing
Each Store is independant and you will place an order with the store directly. However, this does not guarantee product availability or final acceptance of the order. The stores reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at their discretion.
5. Payment
Please discuss the payment method with the store of your choice, as they do accept various payment methods. Payment will be processed at the time of purchase, based on the payment terms of the particular store. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for all transactions.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected, the destination, and the availability of products, and is at the discretion of the store you have chosen to purchase from. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address to the store, as we are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect information.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Each store of the Powertool Centres Group have their own returns and exchanges policies. Please check with the store of your choice. As a group, the Powertool Centres Group does not have its own returns and exchange policy.
8. Warranty
Products sold by PowerTool Group of Stores may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and terms vary by product and manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your product for detailed information.
9. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerTool Group of Stores is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product and the terms and conditions of the Store you purchased the item from.
